My love of hair started when I was 8 and I taught myself how to do all kinds of braids from videos. From there I was always thinking of ways to change my hair, whether it was highlights, vivid colors, haircuts, or just plain styling, I loved trying it all. I always loved getting my hair done and I would spend hours on end watching hair videos to learn new tricks. The science and art behind the hair fascinated me.

I knew I wanted to make Indie Blue my home from the moment I walked in the door the first time. Everyone was so welcoming. Indie Blue’s main priority (besides healthy hair) is having the most relaxing environment, from the lather lounge to the mirror-less color bar. We want you to feel relaxed!

When I’m not at the salon I try to spend as much time as I can with my family or reading a good book. Most likely if you tell me a book you liked I’m researching it before you are even done talking about it. I grew up in a bigger family, I am the oldest of 4. I have a fur child named Luke and have a soft spot for any kind of animal. I have 3 nieces that I love more than anything, you are guaranteed to hear about whatever crazy thing they are doing lately. I have an amazing boyfriend who supports whatever insane idea I have in my head and spoils me too much.

I love any type of dimensional blonde, balayage, making a brunette look more rich, curly hair, layered cuts, and anything else you can think of. I want to get my hands on everything!

I graduated from Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School and have been working with Specialty Stylist and Owner Crystal. I am always excited to learn new colors, cuts, techniques, and anything that is trending now. I am also Olaplex certified and Brazilian Blowout certified. I am accepting new clients and would love to have you in my chair!
